Hosted or owned — what's the difference?

Same software. We run it for a monthly fee, or you take the source, database, and credentials and run it yourself. Switch later if you want.

What tech stack do you use?

Flask, Postgres, plain JavaScript. AI through xAI, OpenAI, or Anthropic. Small enough to read in an afternoon.

How long does a project take?

4–8 weeks discovery to live. Working prototypes in 1–2.

What about AI maintenance over time?

On Hosted, model updates and tuning are included. On Owned, an optional retainer covers the same. Without one, your app keeps working — features just don't evolve.
